I need to hang a banner on a wall outside of a classroom. I have to hang it up about once every week during the school year next year. the wall is rough and prickly so i dont think duct tape would work very well. however the wall isnt as prickly as the stuff we'd find on a ceiling (it's kinda like heavy duty sand paper but it's a bit more of a raised surface). i have to do this WITHOUT DAMAGING the wall or its paint. this is school property and i cant do nething to it. there is a metal lining thing a bit over 6 feet off the ground that i may be able to install something in. however the teacher/advisor has to hang it up, so keep in mind that she's about 5'5" ish. I'm also on a tight budget, so i dont want to buy/build a frame. PLEASE HELP! THANKS
