I have a television set that has a peculiar power plug, a circular, 14-pin plug, it says beside the plug 14v 15v and 5v. any help on that time of power plug is it?
It sounds like you are looking at a voltage selector socket. The matching plug would have a window that reveals the selected voltage. You may be able to find the owner's manual which would have more detail if you did a search for the model number in quotes followed by the words "owners manual" in a second set of quotes.
