How do you make non-pencil eyeliner in the plastic tube come up if it doesn't seem to twist up?
I bought this eyeliner and I love it, but once I used the tip I realized I had no idea how to make it extend. I tried twisting it on the end, because it's the only part of it that moves, but it still hasn't budged and it's the same with all the other colors. I hate to think I spent $8 on an eyeliner to use just the tip. Is there some secret I'm missing, because I'm dumbfounded.
It's possible that it's sharpenable but just doesn't look like it, or maybe you've been duped. A lot of makeup companies give no warning with this stuff.
I recently bought an eyeliner, and after closer inspection I found out that it didn't look like it sharpened but you had to buy a special type of sharpener to sharpen it. That's another possibility.
