I heard about temporary tattoos, and i thought that would be so cool if i could make my own tatoo that's temporary. So i looked up temporary tatoos and saw henna, and did some research. I found out that Wal-Mart has a henna kit. (I don't know if they sell in stores, i hope they do.) And if they sold them in stores i thought i would just go buy it myself. Would i have to have parental consent to buy a henna kit? And does Wal-Mart just sell the henna kits inside their stores?, so i could just go get one?
