Tattoo on right wrist - painful or not so much?
Ok, I am thinking of getting my first tattoo!
I dont really like that many that i see people with - eg, tattoos on the back/lower back and arms etc because everyone seems to have them!
But i have fell in love with the idea of having a tattoo on my right wrist.
I am thinking of getting a butterfly!
My question is - do wrist tattoos really hurt?
I have spoken to 3 people who have had them done and they said they did hurt, but it depends on if you want the tattoo or not - the pain is temporary.
How painful is it?! And if i go through with it; do you think i should get the butterfly facing me (it's head towards my hand) or so its facing other people (the head looking up to my elbow). Thank you!

but since you're getting a butterfly (one of the most common/unoriginal "cutsie" tattoos out there
I wouldn't expect you to be able to search for answers before asking
it hurts......nobody can tell you how much
as for the butterfly, I can't advise you...because I hate unoriginality
of course it's your body
so don't let my opinion influence you
enjoy whatever you decide on
