No, it is not true.
To prove it, one would have to produce a single article so made. None has been produced.
What is more, the tattooed skin could not have been Jewish, as tattooing is forbidden by the Jewish law.
It seems the investigators found a piece of tattooed skin that a Nazi researcher wanted to use in a presentation on criminality, and the whole thing developed from that.
Just because the real misdeeds of the Nazis were horrible is no reason for lying about them.
