Is it legal to put a no parking sign outside your property?
I live downstairs in a block of two flats and it appears that the upstairs tenant owns all the frontage of the building,which means he parks right on my doorstep.he has posted a no parking sign and put a notice on the windscreen of friends who were visiting me.Is this legal?
Are you renting? If so then you need to talk with the land lord. if not the it might not hurt to go down to the sheriff or police station and ask them for advice on what the law is.
