How do you get the spray top off a perfume bottle? They are crimped on.?
I have tried unsuccessfully to remove the tops from perfume bottles to decant the perfume - had a bad experience once when a travel perfume roller (still in its original packaging) broke and wrecked half my vacation clothing. I want to decant some perfume to a plastic bottle - just enough to take on vacation, and yes I appreciate the plastic might taint the perfume a bit, but that's better than a suitcase full of ruined clothing.
However, the spray tops are crimped on, as I have tried using saws and pliers and end up with jagged edges and fearful of breaking the glass!
Crabtree & Evelyn have handy perfume travel rollers - but these too are made of glass ........Sensible - NOT!!
