Anyone know a good tattoo artist in or near Osaka, Japan?
I'm going back to Japan in July and I've finally decided on a tattoo design and location on my body. I wanted to do get the official way of getting the family mon on me but I don't think I'll have much luck. Can anyone recommend a tattoo artist that speaks some English? I can speak basic Japanese but I'm not fluent. Thanks everyone.
I had a mate when I was living in Osaka that went to see one of the best tattoo artists in Japan (ie. in the rankings) he is based out of kyoto. Apart from that I don`t know his name or shop or anything. If you are happy for any in Osaka, there are a few advertised on an English site so I assume they would speak a bit of English. Most tattooists in Japan train overseas so I`d say you`d definitely find one. Have a look at this site and hope you find a good one.
