how do you pierce your tongue with this kit?

i bought a tongue piercing kit. it comes with:
1 14 gauge implant grade surgical stainless steel triple bevel cut piercing needle
1 3/4 inch straight barbell
1 piercing cork
2 latex gloves
and i have some gauze. how do you go about doing this? and is the needle hollow or not? i cant tell in the picture. [[i have ordered it off the internet]]. i just ned instructions on how to do it.

im a piercing artist, and lemme tell you, doing it yourself is a HORRIBLE idea. thers a blood vessle in your tonge that if you pierce you could loose all feeling and loose alot of blood.
you need at least a friend who has seen it, or gotten it done to help you. i did mine myself and although i regret it, because i had all the knowledge i didnt hurt myself.
so against my better judgement ill tell you how to do it cause youl prolly try to do it any way even without help.

ok first,, you need clamps, so you can make sure you pierce it without hurthing yourself. you put on the gloves, mark on the tounge where you want it and clamp the tounge down so the mark is right in the center, have a friend help you to hold the clamps or you can attempt it yourself, again this is really hard to do on your own and thats why you should have it done by dsomeone.
next make sure you have a towel on you cause youl drool alot,
pull out the needle and hold the clamps so you pull the tounge out of the mouth, put the cork on the bottom of the tounge where the needle will come out. push the needle through and keep it there, get the tounge jewelry nad thread it throught the newly pierced hole buy keeping it touching the end of the needle and slowly pull out the needle, replacing it with the jewelry, put the ball on the end, and tighten it as much as possible. get a salt mixture and wash out your mouth, you can use listerine as long as its non alchohol and you have to waterit down, alot, like 1/3 bottle of listrine, 2/3 water.
