I have a piece of outdoor tile (the cement slabs that are about 2 inches thick with pebbles on the top, common in gardens or outdoor pathways) that I need to put a sizable hole in and I do not want to rent/buy a core drill bit if it isn't necessary. If I set my power washer to its strongest jet setting, and working from the back of the tile, would I be able to erode the cement away to make a hole?

I got my navel pierced a week in a half ago and the place i went to was clean and there were professionals there piercing and doing tattoo's, everything was new and sterile. The type of ring i was pierced with was a surgical steel barbell that unscrews from the bottom the piercer said i could change it in two weeks bt im not sure if i should.

I'd like to design flash based websites with simple yet elegant animations, nice rollover button effects and transitions. I'd like to learn how to accomplish this in Macromedia or rather Adobe Flash. I would also prefer Video tutorials.
